Welcome to the 4th grade at St. Eleanor Catholic School!I am thrilled to be part of such a wonderful, faith-filled staff!My mission for this year is to provide a loving, challenging, fun-filled environment that instills a love for learning in all students.Students in my class will receive instruction in Religion, ILA, Math, Spelling and Grammar/Writing.Science instruction is in my room three days each week. Students will visit Mr. Nyce for Social Studies three days each week as well. Building and enhancing literacy (reading, writing, thinking, speaking and listening) is my goal across all subject areas. I use a variety of materials and strategies to reach this goal and also meet the different learning styles of all our students. In addition to textbooks, I integrate technology into all areas as well as utilizing manipulatives and an assortment of cooperative learning activities. Learning can be, and should be, fun!
